GMap-Track has a better display for “where am I right now”, however there is no trip logging. It’s likely if we just talked on the phone and you have a reason to be on this page, I told you to look at this first image.

TrackMyJourney has the ability to display tracks with waypoints for a given trip. If I have not spoken to you in a while it’s likely you want this information.
